How to Use

1. Cleanse your face and complete your usual evening skincare steps.
2. For the first 2 weeks, use the cream every other night to gradually build skin tolerance to retinal.
3. Apply a small amount evenly to the face, avoiding the eye area.
4. If your skin is new to retinal or feels sensitive, use more of the Panthenol Relief Cream and gradually increase the retinal cream as your skin adjusts.
5. From around week 3, if your skin tolerates it well, you can gradually increase to nightly use.
6. Always apply broad-spectrum sunscreen the following morning, as retinal can increase skin sensitivity to sunlight.

Tip: A mild tingling sensation may occur because the formula contains Hydrolyzed Sponge, which is used to support ingredient delivery. If you experience persistent burning, significant redness or irritation, stop use and allow your skin to recover.
