2. Orders & Payment

  • All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

  • Payment must be made in full before order processing.

  • We accept payments via approved payment methods as stated on the website.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery charges and estimated delivery times vary depending on location.

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to stock availability or unforeseen circumstances.

  • Customers must provide accurate shipping information to avoid delays.

4. Returns & Refunds

  • Returns and refunds are accepted only for damaged, faulty, or incorrectly supplied products.

  • Customers must notify SKIN CARE BD within 7 working days of receiving the product with proof (photos/videos).

  • Returned products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

  • Sale or discounted items are non-refundable.

  • Refunds will be processed after inspection and approval.

5. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled only if they are still in ‘Pending’ status.

  • Once the order is being processed or shipped, cancellation is not possible.

  • Cancellation requests must be sent via email to skincarebd.com@gmail.com.

6. Liability

  • SKIN CARE BD is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or services.

  • We are not responsible for delays or damages caused by third-party delivery services.
