Due to hygiene and safety standards in the global skincare and cosmetics

We do not accept returns or exchanges for sold items unless the product is wrong, damaged, or broken.

📌 If the product is wrong, damaged, or broken, you must inform us in front of the deliveryman.
❗ Complaints after the delivery person has left will not be accepted.

Refunds

If applicable, a refund request must be made within 7 working days of receiving the product.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email or phone regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 days.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled only if they are in ‘Pending’ status.
Once processing has begun, the order cannot be cancelled.

To request a cancellation:

  • Cancellations are processed within 1–2 business days, and you will be notified via email once completed.
